  • Recruiting director. The person in charge of recruiting and hiring for a company. They turn out to be the decision-makers for the new employees, and they are also responsible for budgeting, allocation, and strategic planning for talent acquisition or recruitment.

  • HR directors: HR directors are concerned with obtaining results for an organization in relation to human capital. It is their responsibility to make budget decisions as well as decisions about purchasing systems or software that will help the HR department be more efficient and systematic.

  • Compensation and benefits manager: the function of this role is to coordinate the benefits plan of an employer that includes life insurance and health. It also manages employee assistance programs such as tuition reimbursement.

When it is a medium-sized company with 100 to 999 employees, a VP or CHRO is a single position without the HRBP.

In companies where the staff strength is less than 100, the HR director or manager is the highest position in the company.

There is no compensation or benefits manager, and the department comprises the HR specialist, recruitment coordinator, and HR coordinator.
